Any ideas on how to enable EdgeHTML in IE?

Internet Explorer from Windows 10 Preview 9926 could use EdgeHTML as a rendering engine.

EdgeHTML engine (edgehtml.dll) is still shipped in Windows and used by UWP apps.

Is it possible to take the IE files from build 9926 so to have EdgeHTML-enabled Explorer?
