Is there a way to fix Aero8 & StartIsBack++ transparency?

I have to manually re-arrange the transparency in both programs, as well as the color balance in Aero8 every time I'm changing my accent colour or whenever I'm switching themes. (Windows 10 keeps on setting the colour balance to 89 whenever the colour is changed, including whenever I apply themes through UWP Settings or the Control Panel applet)
So far, with the help of WinAero Tweaker on a Windows 7 alt PC and the Registry Editor (Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\DWM), I've managed to figure out the values for the default colours of Windows Vista and 7, so I could set the values manually whenever I'm choosing any of these default colours to get a more accurate look:
Keep in mind that I'm only using StartIsBack++ for the taskbar, because I'm already using Open Shell's start menu, which looks miles better to me (due to accurate animations, being able to put folders on the right side and customize the icons in there, and also being able to get an imitation of Vista's sleep button) and that the colour intensity slider is broken in Windows 10's colour Control Panel applet (at least in my build, which is 1809)
If there's still nothing out yet to fix this issue and make Aero8 and StartIsBack++'s opacity settings sync together, I hope someone comes up with a program/Windhawk mod to fix this

Vista orange | 66 | 54 | 73 |
Vista graphite | 65 | 51 | 71 |
Vista pink | 34 | 5 | 24 |
Vista frost | 78 | 78 | 93 |
7 sky | 51 | 8 | 42 |
7 twilight | 67 | 56 | 74 |
7 sea | 56 | 24 | 53 |
7 leaf | 50 | 5 | 50 |
7 lime | 50 | 5 | 40 |
7 sun | 40 | 5 | 30 |
7 pumpkin | 56 | 24 | 53 |
7 ruby | 67 | 56 | 74 |
7 fuchsia | 50 | 5 | 40 |
7 blush | 52 | 12 | 45 |
7 violet | 58 | 29 | 56 |
7 lavender | 39 | 5 | 29 |
7 taupe | 50 | 5 | 40 |
7 chocolate | 67 | 56 | 74 |
7 slate | 56 | 24 | 53 |
7 frost | 40 | 5 | 30 |
Minimum value on the colour intensity slider | 85 | 5 | 0 |
Maximum value on the colour intensity slider | 10 | 85 | 100 |
