Decided to try my hand again at a Win7 themed setup.

OS: Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC 2021
Theme: Aero10
Notes: DWMBlurGlass used for Aero Glass, Classic Shell v4.3.0 + StartIsBack++ used for start menu and taskbar

Various classic apps (Paint, WordPad, Sound Recorder, Win8 7989 HelpPane)
