[Question] Explorer command bar

I am currently using Alcatel's windows 7 aero theme and i noticed it had a (partially?) complete dark mode version built in which looks amazing aside from the explorer command bar (not sure if thats the correct term)
I would like to modify it to give it a dark theme look but I do not know where to modify it, I looked at the msstyles in a msstyleseditor and even after a while of searching for it, couldn't find it.
Could anyone aid me with figuring out where the image for the texture or colour parameters are?
