Neither SecureUXTheme nor UltraUXThemePatcher are working for me on the latest version of Windows 10 21H2 (19044.4046).
Is anyone else able to replicate this?

Did you install the patcher as Trustedinstaller?

Did you install the patcher as Trustedinstaller? Installed it as TrustedInstaller, still no results.

I have both 10 and 11 installs with all updates. UltraUX works for me. I dont use SecureUX so idk if it works.

When attempting to patch with SecureUX, did you hook the SystemSettings, LogonUI, and rename DefaultColors by chance before installing? Sometimes this isn't necessary, but in most cases it is.

Tried both, still isn't working.

Tried both, still isn't working. Are they not installing or are they patching but they are not modifying anything? Are either patcher throwing an error code?

UltraUXThemePatcher seems to install fine (The installer says both files are patched). When clicking Install in SecureUXTheme, "secureuxtheme_install(0000000E) returned 00000000" is put out in the logs.

Fixed it - accidentally disabled the Themes service Ah, that would cause an issue I spent a couple hours trying to replicated the error and the other issue with UltraUX and, ended up with nothing. You had me stumped . I was completely confused on how it wasn't working for you. I tried both patchers with success. Unfortunately I could not find your exact Win build so I was stuck with the 1803 build to play around with.
On a brighter note, I am glad you figured it out. Now you have the power to help others with the same issue
