-Get Backup From your original c:\windows\en-us\explorer.exe.mui
-Get ownership and full control permission for this file.
-Copy and replace explorer.exe.mui to c:\windows\en-us\
-Then run cmd as administrator
-Type mcbuilder
-Press Enter
-restart your computer
-enjoy
