Issue Applying Win 8 Beta Ribbon to Win 10 21H2 LTSC

Hi! I'm new here so I apologise if this isn't the correct subforum to post this issue.
I recently tried applying Windows 8 Build 8250 ribbon interface to Windows 10 21H2 LTSC. Programs like WordPad and Paint look absolutely perfect but Explorer gets this horrible jumbled up interface.
Files replace are as follows:
ExplorerFrame.dll.mun (only 1 bin file from it replaced with its counterpart from Windows 8 using resource hacker)
UIRibbonRes.dll
UIRibbon.dll

(the three files above were replaced both in System32 and SysWOW64 each with their own special version of the dll)
Below are pics of WordPad and Paint looking and working absolutely fine with the new ribbon. Only Explorer seems to be affected by this issue.
