Brawllux told me where the default colours' registry keys in Windows 10 are stored, and from there I copied 7's equivalent keys and replaced the keys in 10 with them. Together with modifying themecpl.dll.mun, the Windows 10 page now looks like the one in Windows 7 and even gives the same colours, except for the Frost colour, which still uses Windows 8's auto-colour-from-background function instead of the actual frost colour.
I used the same method for Vista's page and succeeded as well.
Here is the pack with the instructions and files to replace:
Let me know if there is anything unclear or wrong!

The "Windows 7 page is now fully functional in 10" part might be misleading. 10 page modified to look like 7 would be better.

Did some experimenting in private with a couple other people in my friend circle and you can restore frost by giving it its own color ID. This is exactly what the Win8to7 Transformation Pack does so i extracted its colors to add them back.
Heres a link for that (comes with a themecpl.dll.mun that adds all of the swatches and the Windows 7 themeui.dll)

I tried to install this, but given that there's just two files, "themecpl7.dll" and "themecpl.dll.mun" I just renamed the first one to "themecpl.dll" and replaced the original versions of the files with these ones. It ended up breaking my Color and Appearance page, so I had to revert the first file. The second file, the mun file worked for me, it changed the color images for the Windows 7 ones. How can the Personalization images (theme images and so on) be replaced with the Windows 7 counterparts as well?

Thank you, I didn't know you had to do it that way. So just to be sure, you put it alongside themecpl.dll in System32, right? Also, given that the file doesn't have themeui, should you grab it from Windows 7 (even though I can't remember well if Windows 7 has this file)?

Themeui is not needed in this. Well, so I added the file to System 32 and now it works, thank you. Do you know how to change the color images on "Personalization" where the themes show up?

They are in themeui.dll, would replace it with the one I attached here cause 7's does not have a swatch for Automatic. They might not properly show anyway cause Cache.

The file seems to be corrupted, I've downloaded it many times but it's just 0 bytes for some reason. You could reupload it. Attachments:
