Black borders on thumbnails

What could possibly cause this bug? I've uninstalled Windowsblinds but didn't correct it, any ideas?
EDIT: It was DWM Unextend Frames mod causing it however now programs like Paint are bugged out, would be nice if it would be possible to make BasicThemer5 exclude Paint from DWM.
