Based on a bmp file that comes with Windows 95 (called metal.bmp) but it's been upscaled (I guess that's the best description)

It's actually meant to improve faces on photos that aren't very sharp (and sometimes it does a great job, sometimes the results are horrible) but it also enlarges the picture. That's what I used to "upscale" this old tiny bmp file.
