I had an interesting idea that I'm curious if it would be possible. Is it possible to set the classic theme up in a way similar to what you can get from the default Windows 10/11 theme. Can you set the classic theme to where the color scheme changes depending on the time of day like a light/dark mode?
Another question I've wondered for a while. Is there a proper Whistler theme for Windows 11? I don't mean the Watercolor color schemes for the Classic theme, I mean looking like the actual, "Professional" theme that was used with Windows Whistler.

For your first question, yes it is possible. You must use a tool that changes the theme (and not just the light/dark mode) depending on the position of the sun. There is this one : github.com/t1m0thyj/WinDynamicDesktop
For your second question, it doesn't seem like one exists. But it shouldn't be difficult to create by modifying a Watercolor visual style.

When I tried out WinDynamicDesktop, it appears to only allow for the wallpaper to change over time, and not the theme colors itself. I was meaning like for example, Say you start with a light color classic theme, and then when it's night time, it changes to a dark mode version of that classic theme.

The advantage of WinDynamicDesktop is that it allows you to include custom PowerShell scripts. I will try to add support for themes. There is AutoDarkMode which supports scheduled theme switching : github.com/AutoDarkMode/Windows-Auto-Night-Mode

Thanks. I'll give that a try. Sorry about that. I didn't realize that part about the PowerShell scripts. I've never messed with PowerShell outside of debloating Windows. I tend to use CMD if I end up needing to do something command related, and that's when I have something to look at for reference.
