That's crap, why Microsoft won't switch to settings app fully and then update the windows instead of this slow and weird way?

Brawllux Yet another mutilation of the control panel... I am on canary right now. The CPL page is not removed as of 26085.1 . I know how to stop extra redirection that 11 uses tho so it should not be important that much.

Instead of adding new features, MS already 10 years thinks how to XAML-ise interface.

Why does MS even do this?
When Windows 8 came out, a lot of people complained that the uwp settings page lacks many of the control panel options. As time went by, MS added a lot of stuff to the new uwp settings page (which is good for tablet users) but at the same time, they removed more and more stuff from the "classic" control panel. The big question is: WHY?
The ONLY way to make Windows attractive for both desktop and tablet users is to have two different user interfaces, one for tablet users, the other one for desktop users. That's the only rational way to go.
But for some inexplicable reason the MS jerks don't seem to understand that.

Sadly the only way for all windows OS is to lock update after the release.. Since Windows 10 all updates add bugs, trying to fix older problems, all time .. that a waste of time for everyone, and for customization it just did all more and more difficult to change. More windows is nearer from Linux, more i think the best will be to switch on it ^^ (sry for english)

The most stable solution over time would be an open-source rewrite of the Windows shell. But it's clearly not the easiest. Concerning DLL injections, Windhawk has managed to provide stability that was still unhoped for a few years ago. I think the future lies in a mix of both areas (DLL injection and code rewriting).
