How to change Window Borders in Windows 10 to look like Windows XP? I am specifically asking for the Windows XP Blue Window Border.

I am currently using RetroBar and Open-Shell/Classic-Shell. I also downloaded BasicThemer5 plopped it into System32 but it doesn't seem to make a difference. Sorry for bothering.

To have the Windows XP style, it is required to install one (for example, the one I shared the link).
