Hey, I'm trying to skin my Windows 10 install to look like Windows Vista. One problem (well, not really, but it's the most pressing one at the moment): The quick launch toolbar is too high up! It's going to drive me mad if it stays there any longer, please help

UPDATE: I solved this by downloading retrobar.
