I am going to delete this topic, are there any objections?
What's the point of it? Of course, you can run any notepad.exe on Windows 11, even the one from Windows 1.0. The one included in Win11 does not differ from that from Win10.

You're right but maybe he mentioned it because Win11 (at least 23H2) comes with a version of notepad with tabs (that doesn't really work that well with the classic theme) and the easiest way to fix this is to uninstall notepad, which will then automatically "reactivate" the older version of notepad (the one that looks like the one from Windows 10 or maybe it really is the one from Windows 10, only with a different version number).
Even though that doesn't really have much to do with this thread, it is somehow related to notepad.

It would be wise to open a general thread on Notepad.

I think at least some description or explanation should be included in the thread, rather than just a single screenshot. Even in the screenshot section, we should include some info about the system etc etc

This is probably notepad.exe executable copied over from Windows 10 running in Windows 11. Nothing really new or useful In fact, you can uninstall the Notepad app from Windows 11 (or just remove it's app alias from settings) and get back the Windows 10 notepad.
