i've just tested and 7's very own pnidui can work if you just restore QUtil.dll from 7. This also allows you to use the VAN restoration without any windhawk mod. No way, joleman11 , wiktorwiktor12 we can finally get the w7 network fly out to work fully because we can now select home or public network As far as i've tested the network type dialog doesn't show up. I've tried restoring all registry keys relating to pnidui.dll or QUtil.dll but it doesn't seem to make a difference.

I am on Windows 10 22H2 19045.4842. I was messing around connecting to various unfamiliar access points to see what would happen and funnily enough - the password prompt appeared. imgur.com/a/YclLqHGNow unfortunately, I am not succeeding in replicating this - trying to connect to various access points is just resulting in an indefinite attempt by the flyout to connect despite the fact that they are password-protected networks. I don't remember which network it was that gave me it. But I did read that there were issues with the password dialog in Vibranium earlier in this thread so seeing the password prompt show up is encouraging hopefully. There is some condition determining whether or not the flyout asks for a prompt. Just wish we knew what.

It’s Bluetooth, Brawllux discovered this a while ago My Bluetooth was on when I got the prompt, although it wasn't connected to anything. Trying to get the password prompt with Bluetooth off was still unsuccessful. I even tried restarting explorer. I have identified which network gets me the prompt. Seems there might be a unique attribute about it that produces the prompt?

I tried 3 different wifi networks On the first, the password dialog appeared and i was able to connect. On the second the flyout freezes on "Getting information from..." (without asking for password) And the third one never shows the "Getting information from..." and never asks for a password
