I also have this theme, however it can't change the reload button. Do you use OldNewexplorer apart from what you said? That is not a part of the theme, you need an icon pack. Thank you. Do you know exactly what file contains both address bar buttons (The reload one and the other)? I manually changed the icons to the Windows 7 ones a long time ago, thanks to a thread of this forum which mentioned what files you could change (mun files, some from system32 and a few others). I probably forgot to replace those ones. I in fact couldn't change some that didn't have a Frutiger Aero counterpart. I attached a screenshot to show I have changed most of the icons, it's just those pesky buttons (even though I've had to resize it). Did use OldNewExplorer for fixing seperators with the theme and making the Libraries entry be in the same place as 7 but i didn't use it for this. Thank you. Sorry for asking too much, how did you get aero in both the titlebar and tab area in Firefox? I can only get it to use the Windows titlebar in just the titlebar, not the tab area and it's very annoying when trying to install a theme such as Echelon. Attachments:

You need the Native Controls Patch, you might also need to set gfx.webrender.dcomp-win.enabled to false in about:config cause with it your caption buttons will have a black overlay.

Yeah, I've just discovered it several minutes ago by looking at the Echelon thread. I haven't got the black overlay buttons.

Oh, that was a very hard one to change, I remember trying to change it and not only it had an infinite number of resources, but the format of the images was different compared to the win7 explorerframe. So I tried to convert the win7 resources to the win10 ones and I couldn't do so since the images got a black background... And even then when I erased the black background the images still got bad. So I was forced to desist. Do you know where could I find an already converted explorerframe? In case there isn't, I'm afraid I'll have to extract one from a VM with an icon pack.

You just need to import the bitmaps in one go. Resource hacker can do that, you can directly import from one dll to another. No need to export all of them one by one.

So indeed, at the end of the day you were right. Thank you. You just needed to import the .res file and it worked. Nevermind. I had come up with that idea because when I replaced the icons two years ago or something I noticed that the icon versions didn't match in some files, as the icon pack was made for an older version (1903 if I'm not mistaken). I think the "previous locations" button looks somewhat blurry but still it looks fine.

1903 icon packs are basically ones that patch MUNs as well.

How did you get the taskbar to feature the aero glass reflection. The only way I know of is to apply it as a texture in OpenShell. But that no longer works. It just applies it to the tray icons on the right. Im on LTSC 2021. Per Default StartIsBack++ doesnt feature the reflection effect.
nvm (Found the msstyle on the Forum)

Did some small updates.
1. Retrofitted some Windows 10 Taskbar options (need Access to the Touch Keyboard sometimes) 2. Swapped from BeautyFox IE 9 RTM preset to 7777's redpilled look (with matching IE icon) 3. Swapped the wallpapers out with 7's Germany wallpapers (mixed with its downloadable ones, thank god the Ulimate Wallpaper Pack exists) 4. Windows 7's VAN.dll (a bit iffy but works) 5. more or less accurate Color configurations

What does your system tray look like mine is black because startisback themes it. I have no idea on how to prevent it. How did you get the borders on the Network flyout to show.

The borders is a slightly modded version of the Windhawk mod that enables it, would honestly wait for Aero Flyout Fix to add that feature cause its a bit iffy (heck it cuts off the bottom of it slightly)
And the system tray overflow? Just looks the same as Aero Flyout Fix is intended to be.

Yeah will wait for the mod to be updated.
As for my System Tray its tied to the color i set in the StartIsBackCfg. I am on SIB++ 2.9.20. I also looked in the registry if theres something disableing the styling of the system tray but no. I only found out how to switch from acrylic to aero glass for the taskbar . When Uninstalling StartIsBack it looks like yours. Its strange I cant imagine why it styles the system tray. Attachments:

The only way that I'm aware of to fix this is to patch StartIsBack32.dll by using HxD. StartIsBack32.dll should be in AppData\Local\StartIsBack\ (at least it is for me). All you need to do is open it in HxD, ctrl+f and search for NotifyIconOverflowWindow with the text encoding set to "Unicode (UTF-16 little endian)" and replace it with nothing. After you save a copy replace the original (make a backup in case something goes wrong, of course).

The most overused Windows transformation that exists but i like it so gotta have it.
Did this on both of my machines i own so this version is from my laptop. Am still trying to perfect it, suggestions are welcome
Resources used: vaporvance's Aero10 & a Windows 7 SIB++ Skin a metric ton of Windhawk mods (mainly Aeroexplorer, Aero Flyout Fix and a couple of others) BeautyFox (ie 9+ firefox theme)
I noticed on my system the icons in the titlebar of programs are shifted to the right. There is a fix for programs Utilizing UiRibbon.dll (Wordpad and Paint)
Because of the thick frames the icons need to be shifted to the left. I also use the Aero10 Theme with secureUxThemeTool. Might be the fact that im using windows 10 22H2
Is there anything special you did?

Are you using Alcatel's uDWM patch or DWMBlurGlass for the titlebar sizes? Might be related to that, don't have this issue on my desktop pc that is running 22H2 with the same setup.

I did try to replace the normal dll patched uDWM.dll but that resulted always in dwm not starting properly on logon. always fails with black screen flickering sometimes the desktop wallper, then switches from the basic theme to classic theme and then throws me out back to the logon screen.
Regardless of using it with dwmblurglass or without, With that solution for the latest build because people on the forum have reported it not working properly. It didn't even work for me on LTSC 2021.
I did use the ltsc 2021 version of uDWM from Alcatel s theme pack.
I'm genuinely lost here. I didn't expect it to fail even on LTSC 2021.

Downgrade your DWM before applying it, the .3507 (?) broke it.
