Window caption 1507-1607 (inactive text and 16x16 icon) ?

Hello. Is there a way to return the default icon in the window caption of 16x16?
For me:
Need:
I first saw this in Windows eXPerience Freestyle by Travis and I wanted to do something similar to Win10 1607 ltsb.
I’m also interested in the inactive caption text, for some reason it’s gray for me. Although I use the Windhawk script "Fix Basic Caption Text"
