Restoring Legacy Tablet PC Accessories (somewhat)

After a bit of fiddling I was able to get some Pen Flicks related stuff and an older version of Math Input Panel working on 21H2. I was also planning to get 7's Tablet PC Input Panel ported over but i am not that experienced in porting so I would need help with that.

1. Flicks tab inside of the Pen and Touch CPL

Copy tabletpc.cpl (and its MUI) from 1607 and replace it inside system32.

2. Flick Training Wizard

Copy FlickLearningWizard.exe, its MUI and FlickAnimation.avi from 1607 and place them inside of (your windows drive letter)\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\ink.

3. Math Input Panel (with Vista Aero fake borders instaid of Basic)

Copy mip.exe and its MUI from 1607 or below (in this case 7's will work as well) and replace them inside of (your windows drive letter)\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\ink.

I also attached the Files needed for people that don't have a 1607 ISO or install on hand.
