Microsoft recently purged lots of symbol files from their server. Wait a couple days and it should eventually be fixed.

Today Aero Tray has started working again. Seems MS finished their maintenance finally.

Is it? I think (not tested yet) it will only work if you enable the Windows 10 taskbar. But as written I haven’t tested it on 11.

I did some experimenting. It only works for me on Windows 11 23H2 if I restore the Windows 10 taskbar, for example, using ExplorerPatcher.

No, it doesn't work. The Windows 7 network flyout doesn't load. Only the Network and Sharing Center (Control) and Troubleshooting work. I can imagine that the file Taskbar.dll is involved. Its functionality is likely similar to that of Explorer.exe.
