now high dpi modding no longer causes so many problems (THANK GOD windowblins died and amazing stuff such as dwmblurglass and windhawk appeared)
but so many software looks blurry or completely destroyed X-(
for example retrobar and any cls fork
retrobar is the most disappointing i think it looks good only at 100% 150% scale but when it comes to 125% icons and some text becomes blurry this issue has been posted on github but as far as i remember developer said that he wouldn't fix it
btw sorry for my english ^__^

I think the only "solution" here is using legacy scaling in System > Display > Advanced scaling settings > Custom scaling. I've tried it once and it doesn't blur out legacy apps, however it can still be problematic for something like 9x classic theme because of the way it scales icons. Not a problem for a look of XP and higher due to neat icons that scale well, but hard edges of older icons aren't scaled that well unless you pick the size supported by the icon itself which usually means scaling a bit too high. I guess redrawing win9x icons in 24px resolution so they look nice on 125% taskbar can be put on an agenda but tbh it is a bit too tedious.
