Would this work possibly? I'm aware that microsoft probably removed some calls and stuff, aswell as the user account icons but could it be possible to restore the 7 nusrmgr.cpl? I don't think I saw anyone else ever do it here.

I don't think I saw anyone else ever do it here. You mean "lusrmgr.msc"?. And Windows 7 user accounts page is handled by "usercpl.dll", not "lusrmgr.msc". Replacing usercpl.dll with 7 version will not work. It does not even work on Windows 8 Betas. |

That kinda sucks  I wonder if it'd be possible to go hex-edit like the VAN.dll replacement and redirect calls to another DLL, but I'm not entirely sure how that stuff works. |

there is a modded version of usercpl.dll from 1809 if i remember, but you can't change the user tile. for it you need to use the UWP Settings app

Their functionality is removed from usercpl. You can technically edit the 8 or 10 dll to get those pages to appear at best,i am saying appear because you will not get any of the functionality back with just UIFILE editing. 7 version of this dll should still have them but it always fails to load. Either a missing dependency or pure incompatibility. I will look more into this later. But I don't think it will work. All of my previous attempts failed miserably. |
