Theme: Classic Theme, using custom userinit batch file / Ice2K.sys
CPU: Intel CORE i3
RAM: 4 GB
GPU: Intel(R) UHD Graphics 620

When I rename Windows.UI.Logon.dll. The logon screen is just a console window but the console window has nothing inside of it.

Ctrl+Alt+Delete screen shows up "The sign-in process couldn't display security and sign-in options when Ctrl+Alt+Delete was pressed. If Windows doesn't respond, press Esc, or use the power switch to restart."

Has anyone experienced this issue before?
