Use a theme that has proper alttab classes. Something like aero10 seven,Vista or metro. If you want to use it with default windows 10 theme you will need to add the required theme classes yourself to Windows 10's default theme via WSB.

This is what happens if the Windhawk mod for Windows 7 Alt-Tab is used on a theme without the proper classes. (It's worth noting that ExplorerPatcher can also load Windows 7's AltTab.DLL)
