Simple tool to enable/disable DWM & videoplayers question

Hi guys!!
Just wanted to share this little app to enable/disable DWM. I tested in win10 1607.

In the past I was using .bat files to kill/suspend/restart DWM but this way is pretty easy.

I also have an question related DWM.
Usually I run desktop without DWM but I see that video players rely in certain way on DWM... tearing appears and I try to fix that. I always need to restart DWM to watch a movie without artifacts. Anyone know a way to use/configure videoplayers to be used without DWM? I use MPV and POTPLAYER because are highly configurable.. but I dont find proper settings to do that. Probably all videoplayers rely on DWM to do V-Sync
