I tried every option just to disable context menu cleartype or whatever it is, but it still doesn't work. If it's left on while I have my classic theme on, it doesn't show any text. BEFORE CLASSIC THEME: AFTER CLASSIC THEME:

Did you disable Immersive Context Menus? If you haven't, here's how you can:
1: Open regedit
2: Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\FlightedFeatures
3: Create a new DWORD Value and name it ImmersiveContextMenu
4: Log off or restart explorer.exe
Honestly, I'm a bit surprised you got text to show up at all. Normally, they're just blank. Anyway, let me know how that works for you.

Finally, I can stop dealing with Explorer++ because it crashes on "This PC" or "C:\," it's ridiculous.

i think rob got an idea for 1903 and stuff find the uifile make it xml edit it to be classic , it is probably hiding in the .mun files that is why the reg entry is not doing us any good its a bug . the program noribbon dont work you instead you need to go to ExplorerFrame.dll.mun (not mui) and delete the uifile yourself with reshacker that was my finding

What version of Windows 10 you have? For example, in 1607 (Anniversary Update) you can:
1) Open registry editor 2) Navigate to the: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\FlightedFeatures 3) Create a new DWORD entry named ImmersiveContextMenu with value 0 4) Logoff or restart Explorer.
In 1803 or newer:
1) Download ExplorerContextMenuTweaker 2) Open CMD as administrator 3) Type: "regsvr32 /i ExplorerContextMenuTweaker.dll" and press Enter.
