This isn't possible yet, because DWM stopped accounting for the WS_EX_CLIENTEDGE window style by Windows 10 (I think it was in Windows 8). More work needs to be done on understanding how the DWM borders work to be able to restore this.

Windows 8 & 8.1's Command Prompt still uses Thicker Borders but i don't know why Windows 10's Command Prompt doesn't use Thicker Borders anymore even when using Aero10 theme.
