I take NO credit for discovering this. The original discovery was found by people that worked on the Vista7 transformation pack.
To make this work you have to get the Windows 7 help and support working by following this post.
Guide:
1. Take ownership of [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Assistance\Client]
2. Browse to C/Windows and rename "Help" to "Help.old" (no quotes)
3. Open the Help and Support browser and then close it
4. Merge the regkey and then open the support browser once more. The error is normal
5. Copy the Help folder from the zip to the Windows folder |

Is there a way to change the scrollbar which is Windows 10 styled for some reason to what it's supposed to be or is that just my theme?
