Windows 10 1703 magnifier has UI almost/100% like Windows 7 magnifier, so it can be used for Windows 7 UI in Magnifier. If you rely on the magnifier in places like logon screen or UAC don't replace the one in System32, this one has UIAccess removed so it may not work there. Originally discovered by neptune: if you take Windows 7's UIFILE 203, and just replace the 10 version with that, you'll get back the gradient and the button hover will also change.
