To get Windows 7's Windows Defender on Windows 10 (Note: Using Windows Vista's doesn't work) Get C:\Program Files\Windows Defender from Windows 7 ISO and rename the Windows 7's Windows Defender folder as Windows 7 Defender and move it to C:\Program Files, go to C:\Program Files\Windows 7 Defender and Double Click "MSASCui.exe" to open Windows Defender and you'll see it works, enjoy!

It works? Or you mean it runs? Because nothing there is functional.

Yes it works but Vista's Windows Defender isn't function but Windows 7's Windows Defender can run properly on Windows 10 (In 1709, Windows Defender with old UI was replaced with UWP Windows Defender)

What does this have to do with Vista's defender? I tested it myself even before you made this post and none of the options do anything. Something "running" doesn't mean that it is "working",those are 2 very different words.

That is exactly what i did, what are you trying to explain here? The thing i am saying is the program opens up fine, but none of the buttons are FUNCTIONAL and NONE OF THE OPTIONS WORK. The program is non functional,it is not FUNCTIONAL. It only runs ,it only opens. That is all.
