Basically functions the same as UWP defender but doesn't rely on UWP. Now 95% working thanks to my and brawllux's discoveries.
(To get all the functionality back you need to disable tamper protection in UWP defender.) (You also need Version Spoof to spoof the version number of MSASCui.exe to not think it's running on NT 10 [Build number does not matter])
Guide:
- Disable tamper protection in UWP defender
- Copy the Defender folder in C:\Program Files (This will require to do it offline as defender will not allow you to modify that folder) - Import the registry key - Install Version Spoof in Windhawk - Spoof MSASCui.exe to think it's running on 6.3 9600

Looks to be a lot more functional than Windows 7's original Defender.

Here are patched icons to make it resemble the 7 version. Make sure to use it with resource redirect Windhawk mod. Original files are located at "C:\Program Files\Windows Defender" Their names are: MSASCui.exe EppManifest.dll Attachments:MSASCui.dll (205.07 KB)
