You can apparently just take zipfldr.dll to restore it. (both in System32 and syswow64, from 64-bit Windows XP). ReactOS works too if XP one won't.

I tried both versions but it didn't work. It just removed "Extract All" from context menu.

Yeah, I am stupid. I totally forgot that I need to get 64-bit DLL. Finally, it is working nicely. Tested with ReactOS one. For those who want to try, I will put the DLLs here so that people don't have to wander around the Internet.
Edit: By the way, I tried x64 XP DLLs first but didn't work. And then, I tried ReactOS one and I realized my mistake after a while, as my ReactOS was not x64.
