You can recreate them if wanted. Although I'd definitely keep Settings at the very least.

Read the title, settings is an essential app, I don’t know why you would delete it probably to replace them with control panel applets (i don't think that'll work) you would be absolutely correct but i dont really have a need for it, plus if i ever need it i can just temporarily reinstall it
