I would like to return the old autorun menu from Windows 7 to newer Windows. I tried changing the dll and mui but it didn’t do anything. So is it possible to restore it?

So far I don't believe anyone discovered a method for that. As for what you replaced (most likely autorun.dll), that's for the Control Panel page.
