color icon on a .theme changed to something else

i'm curious, is it possible to change the icon, that shows what color is going to be applied for a certain theme like the basic theme in windows 7. i'm not talking about replacing the icon in themecpl.dll.mun, but changing the icon in the .theme it self. i attached the images of the basic theme from windows 10 (aero10) and windows 7 showing the icon that i want to change
