DISCLAIMERYou MUST use 1903's themecpl.dll and it's mui for it to load, as the .mun is from 1903. Activating transparency will not do anything (hopefully fixed with an update to the accent color sync Windhawk mod). Current color will not display the current color (if anyone has a fix, please let me know). Advanced personalization is the only restored aspect that will probably work (Credit: winclassic.net/thread/1919/restore-advanced-appearance-settings-windows)Instructions: 1117, "Advanced appearance settings..." 1118, "Current color: " 1119, "Enable transparency" Copy and paste these into 1903's themecpl.dll.mui stringtable 70 (for non en-us take these strings from a Windows 7 ISO for your locale, and of course add them to your locale's .mui taken from 1903). Grab 1903's themecpl.dll and replace your current one. Replace the .mun with this one themecpl.dll.mun (1.26 MB) Place Themes.exe (174.5 KB) in your Windows folder. This should be the finished product.

Impressive. I think that for any package for converting Windows 10 to 7 this will be useful for greater accuracy.

To be able to restore them the whole sidebar needs to be remade or someone needs to decompile the dll source and reverse engineer it to add something, not worth the effort at all for a shortcut.

Maybe someone should recreate 7's themecpl with Misha's dui70 github repository.
