Can you change the Revert8plus border color?

I'm looking to set the window border and taskbar color to something else like I could with Windowblinds, but don't know how to. I saw that Revert8plus supports msstyle files, but I don't have one of those and don't know where to find one.
I see that the preinstalled styles include something which indicates that changing window borders is possible, but every style included uses the default color scheme. Is it possible to modify these somehow? Is there something obvious I'm missing? Thanks.
