Need help with language selection window mod

for a not english as first language person it would be useful to have mac like language changing window
i'm already using windhawk so i tried to make mod myself with gpt friend, but it was a bit over my had
goals for mod are:
-change position (of language select window)
-change time to appear
-change size
-orientation(horizontal/vertical)

-track text cursur/text field is active
if yes when reposition and apply modifications else keep vanilla

if you know already existing solution please share a link

TL;DR using windhawk(preferably) move language select window to active text field and add ability to customize whatever possible
