PowerPro bar

Hello guys, this is my first post and i'm a beginner in this classic customization thing. Recently i watch a video by Jackal, and i love he's desing for the PowerPro bar. I'm currently reading all the configs and try to figure out by myself how to make this work in a similar way of his bar, but i only can get some straight icons and that is. Is there are somebody that could give me a hand of what a have to do to mess with this in the right way? I'm gonna attacth some screenshot that i pick in the desktop screenshot tread to you guys know what i'm talking about. Is that bar in the right corner.
