ISSUE
Some odd issue where if I launch Explorer using Win + R, it causes the following error message to display:
Explorer, however, launches completely fine.
This happens frequently but not all the time.
Does anyone know why this happens and how to fix it? This is getting a bit annoying having an error message popping up each time I want to launch explorer from Run.
SYSTEM:
Windows 10 21H2 IoT LTSC.
Using Windhawk's Classic Theme Enable to theme.

Another problem I found. It's completely unrelated to the OP though, but I'm not sure if I should make another thread since I already have this one.
Despite having the Windhawk mod [win7-command-bar], opening an Explorer window via Command Prompt or Win + R using `explorer .` (with the '.') still shows the old Windows ribbon, as well as screwing up the mod [classic-explorer-treeview] (see the left panel of the Explorer window):
Otherwise, opening Explorer normally is completely fine.
