So basically I downloaded these themes and decided to make a command-line utility for applying them.
The program uses code from Encrypt and Decrypt by Kryptide on GitHub for the menu system.
Easy Classic Theme does not apply the actual classic theme, but rather the Winaero Classic Themes based on Aero Lite.
Easy Classic Theme includes 17 themes including:
Metro Classic
Metro Brick
Metro Eggplant
and much more.
It is also recommended to install BasicThemer 2 for the window buttons.

I'm sorry, but, I have to agree - these aren't bad themes, but they aren't classic. I would suggest using this as a starting point: winclassic.net/thread/990/windows-classic-theme-on-1903. I would also highly suggest Windhawk - it's a powerful utility with a great set of community Windows mods, with there even being mods that allow you to enable the classic theme. |

If you use BasicThemer2 and RetroBar then it can look more classic.
