Hello everyone. You may have noticed some updates to the overall appearance of WinClassic over the past few days. Well, I am pleased to announce that WinClassic's new appearance now officially supports all major web browsers!
In addition, this update introduces some new forum themes! Aside from the default WinClassic 2000 theme, the you can now choose from the following: WinClassic 98 - A Windows 98 style theme WinClassic 95 - A Windows 95 style theme WinClassic SysCol - A classic style theme that follows your computer's system colors To change themes, simply go to your profile page, click the Edit Profile button, and under the Settings tab, you will find the Forum Theme option.
If you have any issues with the new styles, I am open to any feedback, suggestions, or bug reports. Please post them in this thread.
Anyway, I hope you all enjoy!
Edit: It would seem that the WinClassic SysCol theme doesn't work well in WebKit-based browsers (such as Chromium, Google Chrome, Opera, Brave, etc). As far as I know, there isn't any way to fix this from a site-end, unfortunately.

Is the mobile friendly theme for testing? No, we just added that one yesterday, actually. It's basically just a recolored version of the default ProBoards theme, and it's intended for people who mainly use mobile devices to access the site (since the main themes don't work very well on mobile). It may not be as nice as the main WinClassic themes, but it's a compromise for those who need it.

To me it more loosely resembles the "Watercolor" theme from Windows Whistler.

since this thread is currently bumped i may as well mention that the "syscol" forum theme doesn't play well with really dark color schemes... then again, nothing does ;_;

Thanks for the input. Edit: Should be at least a little better now. Still a lot that needs to be done I'm sure, but at least it's more usable.
