Dark Aero (Win7) Theme for Windows 10 22H2

Hello everyone! I came across some screenshots online where Windows 10 was transformed into Windows 7, but with a dark version of Aero applied. What I mean is, the part where you see the file, help, view menus (I’m not sure what this part is called) was dark, and some other things that are normally white in Windows 7 were also dark. I’ve searched everywhere, but couldn’t find a way to get this dark theme for my customized Windows 10. Is there any way I can get it? Thanks!
