Cant connect to my yahoo account in Outlook Express 6

Ive tried to import the settings listed here (https://help.yahoo.com/kb/SLN4075.html) to Outlook 6 but it keeps saying that the server is rejecting me

has anyone with a yahoo account sucessfuly connected it on outlook 6 ? please let me now
