they all open just delete windows defender and uac must be off

um no windows defender in itself is horrible eats system resources and slows u down i removed it and its java app securityhealth.exe and the other malware that prevents you to open stuff called smartscreen.exe these programs do no good . Better to run a fortified version of firefox with good firewall and popup blockers and then you be fine
