A few issues I've noticed.

Anyone else notice these issues?
1. Attempting to activate the old Windows 7 Personalization Panel through Winaero does not work. It will automatically crash. However, I've noticed that on build 1803 of Windows 10, the Ease of Access Center is now working again.
2. On 1803 opening Task Manager through CTRL+ALT+DELETE will "reset" the theme to one of the five "unnamed" classic themes that have been left in the Windows 10 system, usually themeui.dll-850.
