Using address bar on taskbar on explorer windows?

I have no idea if this can work, but it is just a brainstorm at this moment.
You know the address bar on Windows 7+ for the taskbar, I had the idea of making it work with explorer Windows.
Now it is obvious you can't do that, but maybe if we found out the IDs and stuff for it, it will be easier to port over to the explorer.
Can this work? I have no knowledge with coding and have no interest in it, but could it be possible?
