Unfortunately I don't think this exists to the public. R.O.B. collected as many of these high-res XP icons as he could for his pack, and if there's any missing from it then that means they most likely aren't available to the public. I'm pretty sure this icon isn't in said pack. Shame XP didn't include 256x256 versions of the icons to begin with.  |

I tried my hand at making it. Not great but if you only use it for a file type, it's small enough it doesn't look too bad.
