Desk.cpl working with windows 10

This is the reactos desk.cpl reactos 0.3.9 works fine with changing resolutions wallpaper but lacks the the deskn.cpl functionality , is there anybody who can add the deskn functionality since the reactos one does not do it properly classictheme.exe is opensourceso deskn.cpl code can be aquired there and put it into desk039.cpl 
Anybody up for it? Keep in mind every other version of desk.cpl in reactos after 0.3.9 is broken in windows 10 so this is the version that is needed for adding things to. desk039.cpl (444 KB)
