Hey check this out It loads in win10 amazing Yeah, that's great, but Calmira is made for Windows 3.1.

Yeah, that's great, but Calmira is made for Windows 3.1. true but my point is that it could be improved on maybe since it is opensource and all the taskbar and parts of openshell could probably be ported to it for a complete replacement of the taskbar and start menu.

true but my point is that it could be improved on maybe It can't, the application was made with Windows 3.1 in mind, I tried running Calmira on modern versions of windows and it would only list 16-bit applications on the Calmira taskbar.

Who knows maybe the startisback project was some fiddeling with the calmira sourcecode cause many api calls are the same or similar to the existing ones we have today.

The problem is that Calmira is 16-bit and runs in a virtualized Win3.1 environment. Also, you would have to find someone that know Delphi.
